One of the amazing things about the home business industry is, networkers keep joining more opportunities when they haven't even made any money from the ones they've joined before. It's like a disease that infects all networkers. They keep thinking it's the opportunity their joining that will save them.
For a small handful, this will go away on it's own. But for the majority it will continue to eat away at their brains, and becomes a hopeless problem for the short remainder of their network career. Never giving them any chance for growing a successful business.
The only cure for this disease is understanding. This disease would be gone forever if they understood this industry will not save them, nor will their company save them. The comp plan will not save them either, and there's no such turn key system that will make them rich.
Their company might be growing quickly, even faster than Microsoft did. But there's a ton of companies growing just as quick if not quicker. So regardless of whether they think their product or opportunity is better than everyone else's, the bottom line really is what their customer thinks.
In a company there's the leaders, the best marketers. They are selling, moving the emotions, getting the average person to motivate, sponsor and move product. They are marketing at it's best. Those average people have to understand they are now the product of the company they chose to be a part of.
Fortunately, I listened to the doctor and this is what he said. Get rid of those useless emotions, and stop energizing all the illusions of the next big thing. In business only the fittest and smartest survive. That's just the way it is.
So get off the emotional roller coaster. You are the marketing, promotion, the follow up, the product! What's the benefit? You'll learn to relax and focus on the only thing that will make a difference in your success, and that is you.
