Emerald Passport Scam Review, Is this the One for You?

By George L. Kenney

Searching Google for an online business opportunity, I found Emerald Passport. I navigated through a informative website and then called the owner to find out more. I spoke to one of the owners, Billie, who was very informative and answered all of my questions eagerly.

What are you Marketing?

Level one or Phase One as it is called, is a personal development and wealth building strategies course. This comes in a digital format. Additional information is added to the course from time to time at no additional charge to the distributors. The fee for this level is $1,295.00 with $1,000.00 for the distributor and $295.00 going to the company.

Level two or Phase Two as it is called, is a four day business conference. This is called "Wealth and Self", and is for personal and wealth development strategies. The fee for this level is $5,995.00. The distributor earns $4,500.00 and the company gets $1,495.00

Level three or Phase Three as it is called, is a "Millionaires" business conference which consists of wealth building strategies. The fee at this level is $14,995.00. Distributors earn $10,000.00 and the company receives $4,995.00.

How is compensation structured?

Emerald uses a 2-up pay plan. This means that your first two sales are considered training sales and are passed up to your sponsor. In this case it means giving up your first $2,000.00 in earnings. You are then entitled to the first two sales of everyone you recruit.

This changes at Phase Two and Three. At these levels Billie told me that you are only required to pass one sale at each level. She also mentioned that if I came on board buying all three Phases at the same time, I would be instantly qualified, and therefore wouldn't have to pass up any sales.

In conclusion

Although Emerald Passport has some good products, I chose not to join. Here's why. It takes so much time and energy to get your sales coming in, why do you want to give up $2,000.00 After all, its your time, effort and money that is bringing in those sales. If you believe in the 2-up format, this program might be for you, although wouldn't you rather reap the rewards from the first sale?
